I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

I started my day with swelling and severe pain on my knee. I tried to tuff it out but it was getting worse. Seeking urgent care , I called my doctors office and they got me in even though they were fully booked . I appreciated their prompt urgent care ,professionalism and very friendly staff. My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

Scheduling was easy and the place is very clean and nice, the staff are amazing and my doctor actually cares.
