Don't know how to rate scheduling since I was a walk in. I get there are people ahead of Mr that scheduled an appointment. I checked at just over 3:15. I was told there was a 3 and a half hour rate. Better than waiting than myapoointment with my doctor that I couldn't see until May 9th. Anyway, I am used to first come first serve. People that scheduled a appointment after my check in time was put ahead of me. I went from 8th place to 11th place. Looking at their waiting in place app there were more than the original 8 on the list. So, it didn't make any sense to me. That said the people at the clinic were awesome. All were really nice and professional. They are an example for all clinics to follow. I would recommend them.

Scheduling was so convenient! And I like that I could enter all the necessary data online prior to appointment. I am not a Multicare patient. The process was smooth and I was happy that my meds from military system was imported. All the staff were friendly and efficient. I saw Ms Pearce ARNP.
