Everything was great.  The staff is super friendly, and treat you like a family member who isn’t well.  Scheduling was very efficient as well.  I was a walk in and they notified me so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby.  I really appreciate that level of organization.

The whole walk-in experience took about 30 minutes in total. The medical staffs were quick and efficient in providing care and giving the right treatment. Overall, the office atmosphere was greatly maintained and clean. The waiting area was very open and nicely spaced out for individual’s well being. This was my second visit for immediate care and I will come back and recommend if there are medical issues in need of accurate seeking!

Appreciated that same day appointments were available. Also, the medical assistant suggested a couple additional tests after I described my child’s symptoms, which ended up being a really good call. She was diagnosed for something different than what I brought her in for and grateful the team suggested to run other tests.

Wait time wasn’t too bad - i’ve waited longer at other urgent cares! I was a walk in and was in around 45 min.  Staff was super nice!

The staff is so good with my toddler. They were so patient and understanding and even provide snacks and beverages for both. It was such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know.

The experience and medical care provided to me at Indigo at Point Ruston was amazing from the time I walked into the door and checked in by the Appointment Coordinator, evaluated, cultured  & x-rayed by Jeylaeh (Medical Assistant) and checked, diagnosed and provided medication by Dr. Gloria Lem.  I definitely felt blessed to receive such sincere medical attention and concern that the symptoms I explained over the phone warranted same day attention.  Left your facility feeling very gracious.  Sincere thank you to all of you who assisted me.

First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside.  Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking. Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in. For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great.  Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic.  I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise.  If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.
