I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Very easy to schedule online. Office was clean, staff friendly & thorough, and I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in.

My husband collapsed and injured his knee on Sunday. Didn’t notice any swelling or pain that evening but the next morning his knee was swollen and painful.  So I called urgent care and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. The staff was very helpful and kind, as well as prompt (not that common these days). Check in was a breeze!! We await the radiology report to see next steps. We would recommend this urgent care facility.

Feeling like I have strep throat. I was able to schedule quickly and when I arrived I was tended to immediately. Very friendly staff and Dr was great! If you live in the area and need fast effective care I would definitely recommend Carbon Health.

Everyone was so nice to my 4 and 7 year old they felt comfortable and at ease the whole time with all staff from receptionist to doctor! Takes the stress off mom getting quick answers to potential illness. Thanks to all working today 11/26/2024! Happy holidays :)

Was able to get an appointment the next day, was called back within minutes of my scheduled time. Had very short wait time on the room for both the nurse and the PAC. Was in and out in under 45 minutes. Very friendly. Excellent bedside manner.

Very easy to schedule an appointment online. I showed up 10 minutes early and was seen by a provider immediately - no wait time during my visit and very professional and kind staff. The office seems brand new and clean, with beverages available also. In and out in less than an hour. Will gladly return to this location the next time I need urgent care.

Everything was great! This is my second time coming here. As soon as you walk in your greater by the nicest woman behind the counter. The doctor he is soooo nice and informative. This is our new urgent care from now on!

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
