Booked appt online, have done this in the past and have been advised to wait in vehicle after checking in. Waited 45 mins, went inside to check, as I received a message apologizing for the delay, only to be told “oh you should have just come in, now theres 3 people ahead of you” She then proceeded to offer everyone else water etc but ignored me. Super rude receptionist but the rest of team were amazing and kind.  If you have to be sick, Barbie is a great provider to see, explaining everything very well.

I have had an ear ache for 2 days and made and appt! The appt went smoothly except the nurse seemed cranky so I didn't love that but she could have gotten called in on her day off! The dr was great and the appt was so quick!

I LOVED my first visit with Dr.Sarah Phillips.She is an amazing and sweet person to get along with especially for myself as a new patient.I will recommend her to any of my friends and families.The whole staff in the clinic along with the receptionist are tremendously amazing.

My experience at this clinic was mediocre. I had an appointment so my wait time was a few minutes before I was seen when I walked into the exam room, I noticed that the computer monitor was on and displayed my full chart for anyone that could walk by. This really bothers me because that’s my protected health information on full display. And I know, for a fact that MultiCare has a policy for staff to lock the computer when you leave the room in order to protect PHI, and that clearly was not done. The provider who saw me was overall very flat. Was he nice? Sure. But I did not feel heard during my visit. His tone of voice was very flat and disinterested, he hardly made eye contact with me, which made me feel like my reason for coming was not important. I was telling him why I was coming in and my concerns and he wasn’t even looking at me!  I probably won’t return to this clinic.

Didn't realize Urgent Care had gone to an appointment system. Was placed on waiting list and told it would probably be 3hours. I live about 10 minutes drive away. Rcvd text in 2 hours. Provider was very nice. Unfortunately, the prescribed antibiotics don't seem. to be helping. Still feel ill and sinuses still hurt. Will likely have to try to see my PCP or return to Urgent Care. Kind provider, would recommend to others. Medicine is both a science and an art

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
