While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Entire staff was patient focused and friendly. Felt they were all concerned about providing good patient results.

Scheduled my apt the night before. Was waited at my scheduled time the next day . The office staff and medical staff were friendly and professional. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy for pick up.

Had sever pain in my ear, and the person that did my ear lavage said that the water was going to be warm and the water was extremely cold. I went in with ear pain and now I have blood coming out of my ear. Left worse than when I went in.

Everything was great and the team was very caring.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

I brought my son in to be checked for strep throat. We were greeted and checked in right away. Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

Got in with 4 people waiting. Staff was very nice. Care was nothing. They did nothing for me so why do they let you make an appointment. I waste the doctor's time and it wastes mine. I had a painful lump on my neck in the back. She prescribed an antibiotic but didn't tell me what it was until I went to pick it up and I can't remember ake that kind. It was a waste of time

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The medical care was excellent and the facility was very clean. Highly recommended.

Went in the office and they took me right away. I got into the examining room and Kristen came in right away. She is so nice and takes the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the prescriptions I needed to feel better. I have seen her two different times and she has been so caring and understanding both times that I saw her. I will definitely be going back if I need too. 😊

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.
