Wait time and available slots were great. Staff processed me and I was in and out quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend due to ease of use, speed, willingness of staff to assist. Staff were helpful. Provided insurance info marion and there were no out of pocket costs.Check-in was convenient.

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

It was a long wait but it was understandable . The doctor was understandable and he was able to diagnose his symptoms.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

This was my first time ever at urgent care. It was absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is wonderful, and so professional and well qualified, and the place is absolutely spotless and clean and made me feel so comfortable! Will use every time I am ever in need! Fantastic! Bruce L

This is my favorite urgent care to go to. The doctor's are all very compassionate and have great bedside manner. The doctor's don't rush your visit and they make sure all your questions are answered. I get my urgent care fee waived if I go to my place of employment, but I personally prefer to come here and pay my co-pay because I know I will not be in the waiting room for 2 hours and get a provider who works like a robot and rushes the visit. The front staff and MA's are all very professional and very welcoming.

David the NP has great beside manner. My dad generally is a very quiet guy and normally won’t talk to providers out of shyness. This was the first time I had seen him feel comfortable enough to share his symptoms with a provider.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

This is my second time here and the staff is soo kind. The office is clean and beautiful and wait time was quick. My favorite part is the staff. They are very very kind and informative with what is going on. I'll forever be using this location

Pretty prompt service in and out before an hour.

Super easy to schedule. Checking in was just as easy. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The Dr was very caring and answered an my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic

Finally found a place that takes my mom's ins. Was pleasantly surprise that there was no wait. Also the front office greeted me with a smile. Hard to find that these days. The nurse that assisted was nice and easy going, and the doctor was easy to talk to as well. Thank you so much for talking care of my mom.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.
