All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

Scheduling was easy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome, and spent time with me. I got what I needed for a nasty UTI, and on a Saturday to boot. So grateful.

Their area that’s devoted to a waiting room is not adequate. There’s room only for one chair for one patient while I was waiting. There were several older people who had mobility issues. It was a cold day. This is not a good set up. Probably better to use that room directly behind the reception for check-in and use the rest of the whole area for seated areas for people, I had an appointment at 12:30 I wasn’t in a room till 120 so I felt like making an appointment wasn’t really helpful. Somewhat disappointed in the experience today.

First time walk in was very quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a bad sore throat and sinus congestion so after lunch, I booked an appt and got seen in less than 15 mins. This place has amazing staff altogether! I feel like they genuinely care for my health and is so informative of my medical care.  I am so happy to have found this place.

Had to go in at 5pm for a fever/ear infection for my 5 year old. Easy to get an appointment. Front desk was very friendly and nice. Nurse was great. Doctor didn’t have the greatest bedside manner. Overall I would go back.
