Having been to other urgent care clinics, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was accommodated! Everyone was very personable and the doctor explained my condition very well. Now, I won't go anywhere else.

We booked an appointment on line, check-in was quick and we met with the physician promptly at our scheduled time. I would highly recommend them to my friends & family!

This was my first time scheduling a virtual appointment.  It was very easy to schedule.  When it was time to check in, I got a message saying the phone number I entered wasn’t the one on file, which was an error - I’ve never had any other phone number since I began using Marque.  I was able to work around that & got connected.  While waiting, my camera worked fine.  Once the doctor/NP joined the call, my camera stopped working.  I reported this to Solv.  However, the doctor/NP still moved forward with the visit, asking questions about my symptoms, etc.  She was lovely throughout the call & I will definitely use the virtual option whenever possible.  Maybe I need to use a different device!

It was a long wait but it was understandable . The doctor was understandable and he was able to diagnose his symptoms.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

They were quick and professional.  Staff in the front were caring and helpful.  The lady that checked my vitals was nice.  The main doctor that checked my bum assessed the situation quickly.  I’d have liked it if he asked more questions about my health, but I get that checking someone’s bum isn’t pleasant and practiced hands prefer quick work.
