Professional Ear Wax Removal

I have had a pretty bad cough for 8 days. Congestion the is colored. I’m am not fast to jump to going to the doctors but felt after a week with no improvements, it was time.  I work so very thankful they were able to see me last appointment of the day. Front office was super friendly and helpful. Back office was also very pleasant and I feel did more than the physician.  Doctor came in listened to my breathing, asked if I had asthma, which I do not. Said I had no fever so just wait it out with cough syrup and inhaler.  In the room for maybe 5 minutes, did not look into my ears, did not look into my mouth, did not ask any other questions?  Now it is 2 days later and I am coughing so bad I can breath and going to make an appointment with my primary. So waste of $145.  Maybe I’m crazy and tgat is all doctors do now?

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

In a word - wonderful! We love PM Pediatrics and were blown away by the staff's care and genuine concern for our child, beautiful office and convenient hours. There was barely a wait, too! Special thanks to Dr. Srinivasan, Colleen, Bisma (SP? radiology tech) and the whole team for your awesome care! You have our trust.

Pretty prompt service in and out before an hour.

When I arrived I saw that the parking lot was totally full and I had to park at Walgreens. I figured that I was going to be there for a long time. I was wrong. I was in and out with new meds in less then 40 mins.

Great experience w/not too bad waiting times. I wait longer for my established appt time at my doctors office, Professional and pleasant staff
