Need more clarification on when you schedule a time that it is not an appointment time. Seemed understaffed for the day after holiday. Two hour wait was excessive.

DR Euser and his entire team are professionals that do everything the right way. I have been with PRM for over 15 years and will continue to have them as my pcp as long as Dr Euser is practicing medicine. I would highly recommend Platte River Medical to anyone who has the need for a great doctor.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. Visited this location after Teledoc would not help me virtually. Staff was kind and caring and listened to my concerns and I was in and out with a prescription in under 30 minutes.

I really liked the doctor, she was so very nice and helpful…. Everything went really smoothly, it was a good experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
