Fred and the rest of the staff treated me so quickly with minimal wait time (30 minutes) in the late evening during my visit tonight. I was so impressed with the speed and comfort of my care as I arrived in pain and discomfort. Fred was our provider when our family came in for COVID tests in September and we had a similar experience. His bedside manner is impeccable and he treats his patients with kindness, great service and care

I LOVE THIS CLINIC!! So fast. No fuss. Everyone here is so nice. The providers are knowledgeable and down to earth. My condition and treatment were explained to me very clearly. I was in pain and feeling awful. I drove from Walla Walla for a Dr's appt. at Trios and one in Richland at Tri Cities Foot and Ankle. Between appts. I thought I would try to been seen at Urgent Care. I was so glad I did. It was a very good experience. In the future I will definitely come again if I need an Urgent Care Clinic. Even if I have to drive up from Walla Walla. Thank You.

Since 2008, BestMed, formerly Nova Health, has been dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized, and compassionate urgent, primary, and occupational medicine services for patients of all ages. BestMed urgent care centers treat any non-emergent injury and illness, including fractures, lacerations, sprains and strains, cold and flu, skin concerns, allergies, dehydration, and more. COVID testing is also available. Urgent care clinics specializing in primary care services treat chronic health conditions, conduct on-site diagnostic testing, and administer sports physicals and preventive wellness screenings. All clinics are open seven days a week and provide daily services outside of regular business hours. To ensure patients receive convenient, customized care, BestMed provides personalized assistance to help new patients find the provider and clinic best suited to their unique needs. New patients who would like help locating a local BestMed provider with a particular specialty can connect with an expert care representative via phone or email Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. After providing information about their health history and any questions or concerns, patients can receive a recommendation for a nearby clinic.
