In and out as a “walk in” for a Covid test. The receptionist didn’t hesitate to accept me and the physician was courteous to recommend a fast test with consideration to our immediate need to know results.

Fred and the rest of the staff treated me so quickly with minimal wait time (30 minutes) in the late evening during my visit tonight. I was so impressed with the speed and comfort of my care as I arrived in pain and discomfort. Fred was our provider when our family came in for COVID tests in September and we had a similar experience. His bedside manner is impeccable and he treats his patients with kindness, great service and care

It was nice being able to make an appointment and get right in. Only negative is they don’t accept insurance on sports physicals.

Honestly one of the best urgent care places I’ve gone too. The staff and especially doctor were all kind and fun to talk to. Surprisingly quick service even though I had to get an X-ray. 10/10 recommend

I LOVE THIS CLINIC!! So fast. No fuss. Everyone here is so nice. The providers are knowledgeable and down to earth. My condition and treatment were explained to me very clearly. I have confidence in the care I received. This place is a diamond in the rough as far as urgent care facilities go. Thanks guys!

I was in pain and feeling awful. I drove from Walla Walla for a Dr's appt. at Trios and one in Richland at Tri Cities Foot and Ankle. Between appts. I thought I would try to been seen at Urgent Care. I was so glad I did. It was a very good experience. In the future I will definitely come again if I need an Urgent Care Clinic. Even if I have to drive up from Walla Walla. Thank You.
