This only grades up to 5 stars. From arriving to checking in to meeting with the doctor I would have to give them a 10-20 star review. Anyone who goes to an Urgent Care clinic has to or should know that there's always going to be a wait even with an appointment. Sometimes caring for a patient takes longer than anticipated. As long as they take care of me in the same manner I am fine with waiting. The waiting wasn't as long as I thought that it would be with or without an appointment. The quality of care is unsurpassed with any other clinic. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just can't say enough of great things about this clinic.

This was my first time visiting the clinic/a very pleasant experience from the first phone call to walking out the door after the visit. All the office staff, Jen, and Dr. Williams were very nice, professional, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Williams bedside manner was excellent. I made an appointment for a Covid test. It was for 3:40 pm on Tuesday, August 2. After checking in, we were told to wait in our car til they called us. The wait time would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I waited almost 1 hour in our car before I went in and asked how much longer. Personnel told me they were about ready for us and I could get my husband. Johnathan did our nasal swabs and was very professional. Dr. Dean, great personality and very caring, did come in our room to talk with us before he told us to wait in our car for about 15 minutes for the results. We waited about a half hour before Dr. Dean came out to our car to give us the paperwork that we were negative for Covid. Would suggest timeframes would be more accurate. results.

The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!

The U.S. Attorney's Office resolved a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act regarding wheelchair accessibility at a Concentra Urgent Care facility in Denver. The building owner, 1730 Blake LLC, will construct a ramp after remodeling removed the sole wheelchair-accessible entrance. (August 4, 2022; U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Colorado)

Concentra, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., has expanded its presence in Kentucky by acquiring Urgent Treatment Clinics (UTC) in Lexington, adding seven centers to its portfolio. While the UTC name will be retained, this acquisition represents a new market for Concentra. Most of UTC's medical staff, including its former owners, have been retained by Concentra. The acquisition aims to enhance medical care delivery in Lexington and supports Concentra's position as a national urgent care provider. Financial details were not disclosed.
