Very welcoming and efficient. Check-in process excellent. My son hurt his ankle pretty badly and wobbled in. They quickly got a wheelchair. X-ray tech so helpful and kind. Then checking out, great service from the nurse about his boot and crutches. High praise for front desk and all staff. Highly recommend and this will be my to go Urgent care in the future.

This was our first time at this urgent care. It was really set up for kids and everyone there was so sweet to my son. He isn't afraid of strep tests anymore because it was so painless for him. We'll definitely be back.

Generally speaking I can understand why there is an appointment system now but I also feel bc it is urgent care it is quite frustrating to not be able to be seen for like two or three hours. I’m not sure if booking an appointment through an app it is as effective as adminstration may think it is. The PM pediatric in Ashburn is closer to my home but we can never seem to get in there given the new system. If is frustrating as a parent to have to book an appointment online via an app and have to upload insurance document each time. Herndon, without fail, I can get in quicker without any wait. I do not mind driving bc overall the service is always great. The service at Ashburn, when I can get I can get in, is also superb as well. Please take this feedback into consideration. Nonetheless, I do Thank you for your service as health providers and recognize these are trying times.

Perfect service! My son needed a covid pcr test at the last minute. I made an appointment online for the next day, the wait time was less than 3 minutes. Incredible service!

Staff from the very beginning was friendly, helpful and patient. The facility was bright and clean. Wait time was minimal which was very nice for my two sick kiddos. Bedside manner was excellent from the nurse and physician. Communication of test results was clear and easy.

Took two kids in with cold symptoms and needed COVID test to return to school. Staff was so nice, facility so clean and welcoming. When my youngest was terrified of test, they were calm and gentle with him. Fast service and kind staff made it a great experience.

Although the time I needed an appointment was not desirable (because of influx of covid cases) they were the only location in my immediate area to get a Covid test in the same day for which the appointment was made. Staff was very courteous and were very diligent to triage my child's symptoms effectively. Their online system to receive test results was easy to access. I definitely would recommend this facility when you are unable to see your primary care physician.

This is the first time my daughter visiting here. She takes the test of covid 19. Some walk-in patients didn't make more waiting time. Front desk was friendly and checked in efficiently for each patient.

The front desk check in person was not particularly friendly. This not my first interaction with her, Celeste. She gathers the necessary information and is rather robotic about it. Not incredibly welcoming. (I’ve been to PM on several occasions for COVID testing since out Pediatrician’s office does not test at all for COVID.) The nurse, Roy, who worked with us at this most recent visit on 9/18/21) walked right in the room, apologized for our wait, but barely made eye contact with myself or my child and then had his back to us while he asked all of the intake questions. He was not warm or attempting to be reassuring to my 7 year old who was clearly nervous to be seen/examined. The doctor we saw was fine and I have no specific objections or concerns. I have been to PM before and really enjoyed the providers (Dr. Mordechai-forgive me because I forget his last name and nurse Amanda. They have been exceptional!) I fully realize that the staff I BUSY given this pandemic but I do have better expectations for an improved beside manner and interactions with families. I, myself, am a pediatric provider so I know what it feels like to be exhausted and still have to work, but you still owe a level of kindness, compassion and warmth in your exchanges with patients and families…especially children.

Tonight was extra busy and we were told it would be a long wait but I am so happy with the service here that I was willing to wait more than 2 hours (this was unusual, my wait time is usually 10-15 minutes) I didn’t want to go to a different urgent care. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. It is clean and welcoming and everything goes smoothly. Glad we found a nice place like this that is close to home.

We always bring our kids here. Best experience by far. Even better than the pediatrician office!

This was our first time here. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My daughter had an X-ray done and we definitely would come back if needed in the future. She was nervous at first but when we left she said they “just love me there”. We booked the appointment based on arrival but the wait was not long at all. We also were referred by her pediatrician because they are open after hours. The check in process is also very quick and the waiting room is made for the kids which made her feel comfortable. This place is the best!

Always easy and convenient which is so great with two young kids

We had a great experience at PM pediatrics. We made an appointment online, were checked in quickly when we arrived, brought to an exam room and only waited about 20 mins to see the doctor. We were able to get same day Covid test results for our kids and the doctor patiently answered all of our questions.
