This place has been great when we needed to get our kiddo in when his pediatrician wasn’t open. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Rachel! She is amazing and her bedside manner is wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and I love that she loved on my sweet baby. I love that you can check in and get an appointment time so you don’t have to wait around in the lobby as well. This will be our go-to place when our pediatricians aren’t available and we have an urgent problem.

So grateful to have found this facility after our pediatrician’s office was full. The staff was friendly and the visit was quick & thorough. So thankful for them!

I have nothing negative to say about this urgent care. The wonderful staff at this urgent care took great care of my baby and went above and beyond. I recommend this place!

We had a great experience. The most time consuming part of process was getting all our information loaded into the app. After that, we were connected with a doctor for a virtual visit in just a few minutes. After that, the clinic was able to see us for testing as soon as we could drive there. Everyone we interacted with during the process was pleasant, professional and helpful. We’d definitely use Children’s Health PM Urgent Care again.

Everything was great! The best customer service and bedside manner we have ever received! I wish Dr. Woods was my daughter’s PCP. She was so patient and caring. It was our first time going to Children’s PM Urgent Care in The Colony. My daughter has some anxiety about going to see the doctor but the staff did a great job in making her feel very comfortable. We didn’t have a wait time and the staff was very friendly.

Dr. Johnson was wonderful. He spent good time with us listening and being thorough with my sons care. He has a gift and I can see why he cares for children! I would go back anytime with my kids.

The most delightful experience you’ll ever have trying to get a covid test!!

I and my 3 kids took were Covid tested. It was easy!! In and out in 15 minutes. Results quicker than other testing facilities in Dallas! Highly recommend!!
