Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I was a walk in. Because I had been a walk in before this year, I was waited on less than 10 minutes. The front desk even found my insurance information, I did not have my insurance card.

I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.
