Was thankful they had the rapid Covid test for my son, so he could return to school. In and out in under an hour. I would recommend Little Spurs to all the parents for their kiddos out there.

I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I've taken my kids many times to this location, unfortunately this time I was a little dissapointed for the looong wait, obviously I'm taking my son because he feels sick, but after 3 hours waiting, he felt worse, his fever came back in that lapse of time. Hopefully they don't make any more appointments than what they can handle. I was a walk in.

This is definitely my first choice facility to bring my son for urgent care. The staff is always friendly and they have the best bedside manner. I love the wait time is never longer than 30 min. I highly recommend this clinic.

Got out of work and immediately went to have my 8yr old seen. Michelle checked him in quickly and was so welcoming. Elba, and Sabrina were amazing!! From triage to the welcoming smiles they gave my little family and I. They not only treated my son who was scheduled with great customer care but my whole little bunch. The wait time was short, and my son was seen promptly. The care Rhea provided my son with was great. My son felt safe and well taken care of. My children are always in great hands when they visit Little spurs on SW Military Dr. Thank you Lil spurs for all that you do.

My husband and I were so scared taking our son here and the staff was so kind and caring that it made us feel so much better. Our son was smiling and laughing with some of the staff and they were interacting with him. The PA even took the time at the end to show us that we did not have our son in the car seat properly and was so kind in telling us it was wrong and even showing us how to do it correctly. If we ever need to take him or any future children to an urgent care, we will 100% be back.

I went in Saturday for a morning appointment, later in the afternoon my son developed a fever a new symptom that he didn’t have that morning. I called the office to see if they could ask the provider to ask if now if he needs a prescription for some medicine since this could possibly change his diagnoses. I never received a call back Saturday. I called Sunday again and I was told the same thing someone would call me back. I never received a phone call back after numerous staff said someone would. I find this concerning when it comes to the care of children the lack of urgency and communication the staff exhibited.

I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The office manager was so friendly and understanding. He made my daughter and I feel heard and comfortable. The doctor came in right away. She was just as friendly. She listened to my daughter’s concerns and my daughter felt comfortable explaining her situation. We didn’t feel rushed by the doctor. It was a great experience with a great team working together.
