We waited for almost an hour and a half to be seen. Then we waited another 20 minutes or so in the patient room. I was not pleased with that in comparison to other urgent cares we have used in the past. However, the nurse and doctor we were seen by were great.

The provider and staff were awesome! I needed a covid-19 rapid test for travel. The whole process was perfect. Check-in was perfect as well. Although just there for a test, I could feel the warmth and care they expressed for me and the others in the waiting area. I will highly recommend this team.

This was the only place that had a person answering the phone to help me w info, except the ER, where I really didn't want to go. I have no insurance. Urgent team was reasonably priced. Because I made my appt online, using Solv, I was in and out in one HR. I only waited a couple min to be called back. Not bad for HAVING to be seen before the weekend. With Sinusitis I wouldn't have survived the weekend. The assistant and Dr listened to me and diagnosed my needs. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even suggested where to get my Rx filled for less. I recommend this clinic. They took good care of me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you ladies! * Be sure and register online ahead. You have check in time choices.

I started getting sick yesterday evening & I needed a place that opened early on a Sunday to be seen due to having a small child & my job. Maggie was wonderful! She was attentive to all my complaints & she did thorough testing on me. The front desk girl was nice as well. She told me if I needed anything as I was leaving to please call them & let them know. I had only seen this clinic driving by but never been here before. When searching for urgent cares open at 8 they popped up. I was able to easily make an appointment online & do all my paperwork as well. Such an easy, smooth & wonderful visit. Will definitely be back & have already recommended to other people. Thank you!

Everyone was nice. The office was very clean. I was a walk in. My wait time was maybe 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I will recommend this place to other people.
