Today was my 3rd or 4th trip to urgent care, 3 of those because I could not be seen in my PCPs clinic. Each time, super friendly and professional staff, extremely clean. Not one person acts too busy for you, from the moment you walk in until the time you say goodbye to the provider. Excellent care each time!

This was my first time at this location and I had a wonderful experience! The facility is very clean and the front desk staff was super friendly. I was very nervous going in for my first(!) Covid test and Reba was wonderful at reassuring me it would not be that bad. She made me feel very at ease and was so easy to talk to while performing the rest of my tests. I will definitely be back to see her if I’m in need!

From calling last minute and getting all my questions answered right away and getting us in right away even though it was close to closing time not one person acted frustrated when i walked in with 3 kids. They were all super helpful, welcoming and just awesome with me and the kids! I won’t go to anywhere else again! They went above and beyond!

Came for rapid covid test which was negative and nurse sent off another sample to be tested at lab since I had symptoms of covid..nurse was nice during exam as well as assistant. However they never called back with results despite I left 2 voice mails on day 3 and 5 after the test sent off on sat..will not use that clinic again since no one followed up with my calls or with test results..I went to my pcp to have another covid test done as I needed to know if I could return to my clinic.

I was hesitant about seeking healthcare today but so glad I did. After getting tested for the flu, I was diagnosed with FLU type A, I have a better understanding of my current symptoms I am experiencing and I can hopefully protect my family in my household from my illness. Over a 1 hour wait time. When we arrived we were told 10-30 minutes. I don’t feel like my child got a true sports physical. The only thing the apn checked was her lungs, eyes, ears and throat. Our last physical was much more in depth.

Baptist Health Urgent Care, Benton - 824 Military Rd, Benton

Check in was fast and easy. The receptionist was so nice, friendly and very efficient. The nurse and all staff were very nice and helpful. Everyone made me feel like I was special. I had fallen and hit my forehead right above my eyebrow and blacked my eye my leg bad I fell on a bedframe that was laying down on the floor on the bed they were changing for me Unfortunately, they did not have the equipment to do a scan on my head and eye. As it turned out I was blessed and all cat scan and test were negative. No brain bleed, no scull fracture in head. I am grateful for all that was done for me. The doctor and staff acted as if I were a member of their family. I will certainly recommend you to friends and neighbors as well as family. May God bless all. You Rita Stowe
