Due to Covid, my regular internist is only doing televisits, which is completely understandable, but sometimes a patient HAS to be examined. This urgent care has quickly, compassionately and thoroughly treated my son and I. I won’t even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Lucy and Autumn were the absolute epitome of professionalism and all the Hippocratic Oath stands for.

Now if I were to set up an outpatient urgent Care clinic, it would be modeled after this one. The reason is simple. The people who staff this particular clinic. From the receptionist, our nurse and nurse practitioner, the professionalism, care, and attitudes were so positive. Every question my wife and I asked were answered. For those of you going into a business which serves the public, it’s not the pretty building or location, it is the service you receive, like we received today.

I was looking for a local clinic to get a simple test most of all the other clinics was full for not taking patients I contacted this facility and they had availability but you had to be a walk in. The staff was extremely nice especially Yesenia which was the nurse attendant who answered the phone and process my paperwork. These people are extremely nice and professional and if you're in the area I would highly recommend them and their services.

Great experience, I walked in for a rapid covid test. It was going to be a wait due to appointments and other walk-ins so I was able to leave and come back when they were ready for me, which was very convenient. They called me but you could also check where you were on the list through their app. I tested positive and doctor was very consoling and explained everything to do very well.

Very professional the NP very thorough and explained things well… great bedside manner did she will call me the next day with test results and covered all bases … great and first time experience with you all… as a fellow Ascension Saint Thomas employee…. I had a painful left eye with drainage . She looked at the eye said it was either bacterial or viral as I did not have trauma to the eye. She did not use eye dye or put me on the table . She prescribed an antibiotic ( ciprofloxacin) eye drops. The eye continued to have pain, drainage sensitivity to light. I contacted my eye doctor who saw me 5 days after Urgent Care. I was diagnosed with HSV 1 of the eye. He immediately prescribed antiviral meds (by mouth and eyedrops)... I wish Urgent Care could've diagnosed correctly as to diminish suffering and follow up with eye doctor. I should've just made appt with eye Dr. initially. Thank you.

The doc gave me the tools I need to go forward. I am very grateful. I was extremely belligerent and would like to apologize for that. For some reason I do that when I am scared. Not a good reaction obviously and my husband didn’t think it was a good one either! I will work on not doing that in the future. Thank you for your patienceand your kindness 🙏🙏🙏
