This was the only place that had a person answering the phone to help me w info, except the ER, where I really didn't want to go. I have no insurance. Urgent team was reasonably priced. Because I made my appt online, using Solv, I was in and out in one HR. I only waited a couple min to be called back. Not bad for HAVING to be seen before the weekend. With Sinusitis I wouldn't have survived the weekend. The assistant and Dr listened to me and diagnosed my needs. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even suggested where to get my Rx filled for less. I recommend this clinic. They took good care of me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you ladies! * Be sure and register online ahead. I started getting sick yesterday evening & I needed a place that opened early on a Sunday to be seen due to having a small child & my job. Maggie was wonderful! She was attentive to all my complaints & she did thorough testing on me. The front desk girl was nice as well. She told me if I needed anything as I was leaving to please call them & let them know. I had only seen this clinic driving by but never been here before. When searching for urgent cares open at 8 they popped up. I was able to easily make an appointment online & do all my paperwork as well. Such an easy, smooth & wonderful visit. Will definitely be back & have already recommended to other people. Thank you!

Terrific nurse practitioner (or doc?) who took a blood sample and prescribed medication. So thorough and explanatory. I love the clean, modern appearance of this office, particularly the heart-warming poster on the wall of the examining room.

I went in for a covid and flu test and they got me in within 30 minutes. The wait wasn’t long, the staff was friendly, and the doctor I saw was very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone there was kind, professional, and sympathetic to my situation. I passed several urgent care facilities, and would gladly make the drive again to be seen at this facility again. Everything from being able to do the check in process on line, to using the Save a Spot feature so I didn’t have to wait, to their kind & compassionate bedside manner- the whole process was seamless.

I got in quickly. Everyone was super nice. Kaitlin, the PA/Doctor was amazing explaining how I can use facial massage to relieve sinus pain. I loved the step by step care guide she printed and sent hime with me.

Booked my appointment online and still had to wait 30 minutes in the room due to them taking walk-ins. No Comfort Care was offered. She acted frustrated because I didn’t want covid test. Not every sickness is covid. My symptoms could be sinus infection and I said my heart was racing and my blood pressure was never taken.

We had to wait for 30 min for rapid covid test for travel, even though we had appointment scheduled. Then we had to wait 20 min for result which is expected. This wouldn’t be bad experience if they did the test right after they checked my vitals, instead of leaving the room and letting us wait for full 30 min and then RN returned to do a10 sec test. Again, I was not sick just needed rapid for travel.

The only thing that was done was a covid test and strep test. I was confident I didn’t have either of those. My symptoms were not treated.
