Our first visit to this facility. I loved that I could register from my phone while waiting in my car. The process was fast and easy. The staff was kind, helpful, and quick! I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone else I know!

This was the only place that had a person answering the phone to help me w info, except the ER, where I really didn't want to go. I have no insurance. Urgent team was reasonably priced. Because I made my appt online, using Solv, I was in and out in one HR. I only waited a couple min to be called back. Not bad for HAVING to be seen before the weekend. With Sinusitis I wouldn't have survived the weekend. The assistant and Dr listened to me and diagnosed my needs. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even suggested where to get my Rx filled for less. I recommend this clinic. They took good care of me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you ladies! * Be sure and register online ahead. I started getting sick yesterday evening & I needed a place that opened early on a Sunday to be seen due to having a small child & my job. Maggie was wonderful! She was attentive to all my complaints & she did thorough testing on me. The front desk girl was nice as well. She told me if I needed anything as I was leaving to please call them & let them know. I had only seen this clinic driving by but never been here before. When searching for urgent cares open at 8 they popped up. I was able to easily make an appointment online & do all my paperwork as well. Such an easy, smooth & wonderful visit. Will definitely be back & have already recommended to other people. Thank you!

It was unfortunate that certain supplies had run out, which isn't unreasonable given the times. Everyone was kind and professional. I was able to get in and out quick. I was really pleased to be able to get rapid tested given my job and family circumstances. Comforting experience.

I had to get a covid test. I used the save my spot function. They are so busy that I knew wait times would be long. I walked in my time and was taken right back. The wait was not too long considering how busy they are. They took their time , they were friendly and efficient

The staff was great. I checked in at 10:15 and was told the wait could be 3 hours. I only live 10 minutes away, the lady told me it could be around 12. The wait list is great. I checked it and saw it was going to be about 12 and not 1, so went back to clinic. Was called to come in at 12:02. Again the lady at desk was very nice. Had test, had to wait 15 minutes on test. PA came and gave me results. She explained it and explained what I should do. The best part she listed and answered all my questions. Great experience. Only bad part, had to be sick to get experience.

Very fast and really listens to you. I was so sick , they did testing and medication. I am on the mends. Thank you for an alternative to always going to Knoxville for non life threatening issues. You guys did a great job.

Terrific nurse practitioner (or doc?) who took a blood sample and prescribed medication. So thorough and explanatory. I love the clean, modern appearance of this office, particularly the heart-warming poster on the wall of the examining room.
