Come in late in the evening, was told it would be a 2 hour wait. (Not unexpected for an urgent care in the winter.) In and out in 1hr 15 mins! Great care, fast, friendly.

Hannah, CRNP was great and the MA was very nice also. The front desk clerk (Jasmine?) could use some communication skills. Walked in at 5:15pm, four people waiting in front of me. I was told that I couldn’t get a covid test because it was too late (almost insinuated that I leave) … wasn’t there for a covid test, just wanted to be seen. They closed at 8pm. At least two people were turned down to be seen after me… not sure why if they didn’t close until 8. As an affiliate employee of HH, I was confused by what was going on and why people were being turned away at such an early time. Maybe there was more behind the scenes that I didn’t see, I sure hope so.

Nurse and doctor are so friendly.. only thing the lady working the waiting room also very nice and helpful but several of the patients that came in did not have a mask on and asking to be Covid tested. I think it should be Inforced. The lady working the check in desk never ask them to put one on. Other than that it was perfect

Went in to get a PCR test for travel. Walked in the lady up front was amazing, explained very thing to me and get me in for a test. The person who performed the test was also amazing. Explained everything to me and was very efficient. I would recommend ***x over.

My wife and I walked in for COVID tests, front desk lady was extremely polite and helpful. It was my wife’s second visit and my first. After a short wait we were taken back and had the most delightful experience(except for nose thing). We could not have been treated better!!

Went for covid test and to speak to someone about a drug reaction that has not completely resolved after 4 days. Nurse practitioner was very competent and asked many questions about drug interactions. Did a through exam and gave covid test. Got prescription for medrol to help body through reaction problem Pleased with hr demeanor and thorough questioning of my issues. Very pleased!

It took 50 minutes being the third patient in the room in the bag is ridiculous. The wait time is too long. Wait time for care needs to be addressed because it is always a long wait whenever I go there.
