Everything was close to perfect except for the 4 hour wait and then 2 more hours in an exam room. But - I do understand the staff is overwhelmed today with COVID testing etc. The “reserve your spot” is misleading. Clarification is needed - it is not an appointment. Thank you!

Definitely recommend this Physicians Care. Quick, efficient, and thorough exam by Dr Taylor; The staff was friendly, especially nurse “Cat”… willing to help all they could. Prescriptions were quickly called into pharmacy and hopefully will clear up my sinus infection so I can get to feeling better.

Everything was really great, actually the best walk-in clinic I’ve visited. Wait time to be seen wasn’t bad at all. The only reason I deducted 2 stars for it was because I was in an exam room for over an hour for only a Covid test. I know every business has their slow days though so I’d still highly recommend!

I went in for a Covid test and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw was so nice and informative. The next day he personally called to give me the results. This place is awesome.

The phlebotomists are always excellent. I was astounded when my baby didn't cry for her blood draw. When I had mine I realized why! Didn't feel a thing 👍
