Went in to get a PCR test for travel. Walked in the lady up front was amazing, explained very thing to me and get me in for a test. The person who performed the test was also amazing. Explained everything to me and was very efficient. I would recommend ***x over.

My wife and I walked in for COVID tests, front desk lady was extremely polite and helpful. It was my wife’s second visit and my first. After a short wait we were taken back and had the most delightful experience(except for nose thing). We could not have been treated better!!

Went for covid test and to speak to someone about a drug reaction that has not completely resolved after 4 days. Nurse practitioner was very competent and asked many questions about drug interactions. Did a through exam and gave covid test. Got prescription for medrol to help body through reaction problem Pleased with hr demeanor and thorough questioning of my issues. Very pleased!

Such a busy time, needed a strep test and rule out Covid. Doctor listened to me and my history (very important). Everyone had a mask, facility was spotless. So many people waiting and the front staff working hard to get everyone seen. (I had strep).

I’ve used this staff twice now for COVID testing. Both times, Staff was nice and efficient. When no slots were available, they recommended other possible options & told me best time to show up the next day to ensure a walk-in appointment. Went for rapid test, but they also did the PV? test to ensure not contagious.

I came in for a sinus infection. Spent less than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Less than an hour total in the building. The medical assistant, Champagne, did a great job and she was very professional. She was training another med tech on injections, and was very knowledgeable in the tips she provided to her as well. Overall great experience.

I came in with an earache and the staff was amazing! The young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she really made me feel comfortable and welcome! I was quickly brought to a room, the medical staff was professional and efficient. I felt like my concerns were heard and I was given a solid plan of care with education on what to expect at home. I would highly recommend HH Urgent Care to anyone.

Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, Madison (AL) - 300 Hughes Rd

I saw Jennifer Grimmet who came into the room handed me papers and told me all my tests were negative. Great! However I had to prompt her to tell me what to do next, because she walked in the room, handed me my paper and just stares at me. She didn't even look at my throat and only listened to my chest as a gesture. I will use another facility or provider next go round. Unacceptable and it was first time I have ever had a negative experience since the Madison location opened. I plan to post my own review publicly as well.

Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, Hazel Green - 14451 Hwy. 231

I went into the clinic yesterday was told she didn’t recommend meds because I wasn’t sick long enough and she doesn’t recommend meds until seven days or longer and nobody should be given meds after being sick two days. I started getting worse all night and throughout today was seen at another facility for the same thing I was diagnosed with double ear infection, upper respiratory, and sinus. I was prescribed three different medications. It was also disappointed to be talked down to when I work for the health system.
