I had to wait 3 hours to get an ear drop (I’m already on a steroid and antibiotic). It is understandable because of the sheer volume of patients. Nurse and Doctor were very approachable, fast and fantastic. My only complaint is that there were tons of patients coming in for covid tests, exposing everyone. After stepping in, they were instructed to go back to car and pull to the back of clinic to wait. I asked the receptionist if I could go to my car and be called when my turn came and she said if I wasn’t in the waiting room when my name was called, another name would be called (thus losing my spot). My suggestion is to 1) provide a phone number for covid check in to be done from vehicle and 2) allow other patients to wait in vehicle and be called when it is their turn to step into clinic.

I feel like we got into the back in a decent amount of time. Scheduled appointment was *** and we went back around ***ish. The nurse/tech in triage was a little aggressive and never made eye contact. But did his job. I will say, I did not appreciate him trying to rip off the blood pressure cuff off my 3 year olds arm and a shocking my child. The APN was very to the point. I understand it’s an urgent care but it was definitely a different experience then the pediatricians office.

The staff was so helpful. Amanda was so empathic with us and explained everything and took time for questions and explanations. It's great to have Covid testing and results within an hour.

I love using Sherwood Urgent Care here in Searcy! They are the first place that I have been to that actually cares and takes the time to really figure out what to do to better your health!!! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Just needed a simple TB test. Had never checked in with your new system but your receptionist was more than helpful. In and out in no time.

I couldn’t get in to see my regular physician so I decided to go to Urgent Care.Will continue from now on to go to Urgent Care.I did not have to wait long.Check in was quick. I was a walk in. Great bedside manner.It was good! Yes I would recommend.

My first kidney stone incident. Staff helped with pain relief and gentle help. I will go back tomorrow as followup.

This was my first visit to this clinic. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I went early so there was no wait time and my tests were done immediately.

Had a DOT physical. Price was cheaper than anywhere else I called and I was able to walk in without an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. Everyone was super nice. I will come here for medical services from now on.

I had a bone density test. Everything was just fine. The wait time was a little long, but not terrible.

I don't think I have ever been treated better in a doctor's office than I have from Sherwood urgent Care. Their staff is just unbeatable

It's a walk in clinic, and I sprained my ankle on Saturday, (walked in Monday). The receptionist saw that I hobbled in and immediately stood up and asked if I needed a wheelchair, and grabbed me one quite quickly. Then, we waited a whole, a bit boring and not the best. When we got in, they took me to an evaluation room, did a basic physical, etc. And the guy was so caring and gentle, he took everything into consideration, and then we went to the x-ray room. He was extremely helpful with assisting in the wheelchair, helping me get onto the table kindly, and being extremely gentle while twisting my ankle/legs the way they needed to be for the x-rays. He acted as if he'd tap it like a wine glass as if it would break under the slightest touch. Then, they wheeled me to my room and the wait wasnt bad at all, and the nurse/doctor I'm not sure which one, was amazing! I never got a sprain before and she explained it so well, answered the million questions I had, and was very friendly/patient. The doctor was a little rougher to get my boot on, but still a sweet older lady. I had a great experience.. let's hope it's not broken and just a sprain.

I have been to Sherwood Urgent many times and have never been disappointed in the care and the professionalism in this office. All of the staff has always been very knowledgeable and caring. Linda Dorris is amazing and has always gone above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend Sherwood Urgent Care!.
