This was an excellent care facility to get my Covid test. Reception and exam rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and concerns with utmost knowledge and understanding. I can highly recommend this Ascension Urgent care ❤

This is by far my favorite Urgent Care that I've ever visited. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the care and bedside manner is phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else. My wait for a Covid test was 3.5 hours, but that's not their fault at all. By the time I realized that I needed to be tested, there were no more appointments and SO MANY people wanted tests. They were doing the best that they could and with a smile...on Christmas Eve!

I went in for a Covid test. Everyone was real nice . They got back in a room quickly and did the fast test. Not long the nurse practitioner came in. Examined my throat, ears and listen to my lungs.

This was my first time at this location and I had a great experience. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time and the NP I saw was so kind and compassionate and answered all my many questions. I highly recommend Ascension urgent care- my experiences there have been far better than my experiences at my GP.

I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived I was taken in within 5 minutes. Excellent! The NP who attended my daughter was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. This has become our favorite Urgent Care. Highly recommend if you need to be treated rapidly and efficiently.

This was a Covid PCR test as we transit outside the US on vacation. My only real comment is you need to get rid of the pdf version of the new patient info form. Doing that yesterday, then having to transcribe the info, was inconvenient as anything.

Due to Covid, my regular internist is only doing televisits, which is completely understandable, but sometimes a patient HAS to be examined. This urgent care has quickly, compassionately and thoroughly treated my son and I. I won’t even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Lucy and Autumn were the absolute epitome of professionalism and all the Hippocratic Oath stands for.

I was fortunate that no one was waiting when I arrived and I was seen as soon as I finished checking in, efficiently and pleasantly assisted by Jennifer. The med tech came out right away for me to come back for the covid 19 test. Within 20 minutes NP Alana Moore came in with the results, and performed a thorough exam. Very efficient, informative and personable, with striking eyes! Couldn’t have been a more pleasant first time visit to a new clinic. Glad to learn that they are in the neighborhood.

Now if I were to set up an outpatient urgent Care clinic, it would be modeled after this one. The reason is simple. The people who staff this particular clinic. From the receptionist, our nurse and nurse practitioner, the professionalism, care, and attitudes were so positive. Every question my wife and I asked were answered. For those of you going into a business which serves the public, it’s not the pretty building or location, it is the service you receive, like we received today.

The doc gave me the tools I need to go forward. I am very grateful. I was extremely belligerent and would like to apologize for that. For some reason I do that when I am scared. The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Then been dealing with a sore throat sinus congestion upper respiratory congestion. Walked in was able to get checked in immediately and within about 20 minutes I was seen the staff was exceptional very kind very patient very caring about what was wrong with me, they treated me like I was their only patient of the day exceptional staff above and beyond will definitely be using this as my Urgent Care. Thank you very much for your kindness all the staff. I would recommend this urgent care in East Nashville
