The provider and staff are friendly. Exam room was clean. The wait time was very short. Everyone was super friendly super nice very very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

Front desk person was dry …but the rest of the staff was amazing & this is the 2nd time coming here…different front desk coordinator was much more pleasant ….overall i like this location

Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.

Woke up in the middle of the night thought I had a UTI went online made a schedule at my local Immediate care center in Westmont Illinois. It was very easy to make an appointment. Waiting time was less than five minutes. Doctor was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. I got my prescription and I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you

Erin and Lauren are my angels. They both are so nice, caring, listen and answer my questions thoughtfully and clearly. They care about me as a patient. Best duo ever! Never a long wait time, super easy to schedule appointment and quick to respond with questions and test results.

The front desk girl was so friendly and also pretty. I’m tempted to go back in an attempt to get her number.
