Great care..fast and very friendly

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

Scheduling was easy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome, and spent time with me. I got what I needed for a nasty UTI, and on a Saturday to boot. So grateful.

First time walk in was very quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a bad sore throat and sinus congestion so after lunch, I booked an appt and got seen in less than 15 mins. This place has amazing staff altogether! I feel like they genuinely care for my health and is so informative of my medical care.  I am so happy to have found this place.

Their area that’s devoted to a waiting room is not adequate. There’s room only for one chair for one patient while I was waiting. There were several older people who had mobility issues. It was a cold day. This is not a good set up. Probably better to use that room directly behind the reception for check-in and use the rest of the whole area for seated areas for people, I had an appointment at 12:30 I wasn’t in a room till 120 so I felt like making an appointment wasn’t really helpful. Somewhat disappointed in the experience today.

Visited SoCal Urgent Care for the first time regarding a car accident. From receptionist to the medical staff very attentive & professional. Would stronly recommend  this clinic for any medical needs. Thank you once again !
