          My  whole experience from start to finish was awesome. The front desk was helpful and very pleasant.  The nurse was efficient and caring and she doesn’t give a bad shot either.           I went in with my hand, swollen and in pain the doctor recommended antibiotic which was sent to my pharmacy. The medicine helped me a lot. The swelling is coming down. The wait was a little longer than expected but overall it was good service. I would recommend this service.

          I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

          I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.
