Wait time was longer than expected but excellent experience with virtual appointment with the very helpful physician. Would recommend.

Sheree & front desk staff were kind and courteous! Office was very clean & they answered any questions I had, even when I had to call the office back later in the day. I got my prescriptions fast too. Would definitely return here if I needed urgent care!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
