Walk-in patient with a feral cat bite. Unfortunately I waited for over an hour only to be told that I could not be treated there and had to go to the ER. I still got charged the copay and that doesn’t set right with me. I clearly identified my problem at the check in desk and would have appreciated being told there they couldn’t treat me. Got charged my copay and likely be charged for a visit, only to be sent to the ER.
