Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

I hate doctors!!! But this was the best experience ever. Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash. The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations. Average experience! Received check in link at ~11:30 and check out link ~1:20. Office seemed clean overall, an old water bottle on the floor but otherwise nothing stood out. Appreciate that water bottles were available. Front staff was fine, not welcoming, but not rude either. Unfortunate that all the check in, paperwork, etc is virtual and yet no tap pay available. Nurses & PA were nice. Pleasant, evaluated my son quickly once we got back, and offered to give him his first dose of medication (but then came back and said they actually didn’t actually have any in office). Happy to have ruled out anything too serious.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.
