The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

It couldn’t have gone better. I just moved to Hoboken and I was recommended by a colleague to go and I’m very happy I did. The facilities were very clean, they had Disney movies playing in the lobby, everything was so seamless, quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and Ross was incredible. I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.
