I’ve been into this urgent care several times, and each time the staff have been professional, very helpful and compassionate

The transition to the new system made it impossible to schedule online.  I had to call in. First call was disconnected and I had to call back and wait in line again.

Everything was good except for one thing... She did the quick results in front of me and I was very surprised and unprepared for one of the results to be a non-negative. It turned out to be because of a prescription that I'm on. It was very unsettling. They should ask about prescriptions and/or provide a list of medications that will affect the results. We have enough anxiety in society already.

I was taken in as a walk in patient late in the evening with some really scary symptoms I’d been having. Despite being a last minute walk I was seen a lot quicker than expected and despite being the last patient of the night the staff were incredibly patient, sweet, and took their time with me. Karen was the MA and she was so warm and welcoming, Jennifer was equally as wonderful and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my worries. I didn’t get the name of the person working the desk but they were very kind and helpful as well. I went from having a pretty bad 24 hours to feeling a lot better because of them, thank you so much!!!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
