          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          I had an excellent experience at WestMed. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The physician ( Nicole )  who took care of me was excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
