I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Doctors and staff were caring and friendly.  Highly recommend this Carmel office.

It was very easy to set an appointment. Checking in was even better, the staff was so pleasant, friendly and helpful shows that they care. I would recommend this Docs office to all that needs your services.

I appreciated everything that was done. It took awhile for x-ray results but it was not due to Urgent Care but Milford Diagnostics failed to send them.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was very thorough and went through every option I had for testing and ways to improve my health and did it in a very measured way that I never felt pressured to do any of them that I didn’t want to but explained well why it would benefit me get them done

First time there waiting time was expected, I did a walk in , receptionist was great she helped me out with checking in, had issue with my iphone  the doctor was on point

I had a really great experience at this office from the front desk to the exam with the provider. I highly recommend this place.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
