Entire experience was great. Numerous appts available on line. Receptionist, nurse and doctor all were friendly, efficient, and professional. The best Urgent Care facility I have experienced.

Great health care provider!  I had a mishap with a mat knife and they took me straight away, gave me all the gauze I needed.  Dr was kind, efficient with the stitches, explained  everything and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought expected.  I hope not to be going back any time soon but if needed I super glad they are there!

Stat Med in Pleasant Hill is a hidden gem… it’s easy to make an online same day appointment the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Connie is the best… She makes you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to, she is patient and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to Stat Med and Pleasant Hill several  times because I’m confident they’ll take good care of me.

Thank you so much to the doctor I saw. He recognized that the antibiotic I was on was not appropriate for someone with Mono. Since making that change and adding a steriod, my condition has improved immensely in the span of a day.

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I tried other clinics like CVS minute clinic not professional and hard to understand language barriers from the caregivers that we’re not doctors that could not show me a professional exam. so , I went to you guys which I was given a five stars exam a professional doctor in a man that has years of wisdom to conduct an examination he does as a pro doctor and was easy to trust . I felt a trust of a doctor of a profession not just a lab that does it for cash with nurses.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
