I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Everyone was friendly and compassionate. I booked my appointment on line. There bedside manner was excellent. Yes! Definitely! They all make you feel like you matter. I would like to say Thank you to everyone for your concern and help!

I was seen just a few hours after I reached out for an appointment. The staff was able to perform all the tests right on site and gave me an answer and prescription within just a couple hours. Everyone was very attentive and helpful and took my symptoms seriously and I appreciated how comfortable they made me feel. I would definitely recommend.

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

The PSR Timothy, White with thorough, he did An x-ray of my lungs to rule out pneumonia bronchitis put me on antibiotics because of the green phlegm with blood that I was having and the constant cough in the throat that I had because he hurt crackling in my lungs. He was good. He was good.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The facility was extremely well run and clean. I waited a short time after making my appointment online and the staff were all friendly and took care of my questions and concerns. I left feeling better already.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended
