Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Entire staff was great and very professional and punctual. I will definitely recommend. And oh Samentha was very knowledgeable of things I was telling her, yes she was very helpful….thank for everything!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
