Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic. The clinic was very clean and the staff were very respectful. I would definitely go back to this location again if something urgent arises.

Went in for my follow up and the doctor was amazing.  He was very informative and caring .

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.
