          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. I was extremely pleased and will recommend DOCS always!
