I made an appt 1/2 hr prior, I was taken early, treated well

The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts,  then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I woke up this morning feeling very nauseas and sick , I decided to do a walk in , I am 100% satisfied with their care , very clean and friendly environment and the quickest I ever been attended and taken care of. I definitely reccommend !

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.

Everyone was very polite and informative. I left with a very positive visit. I would not hesitate to visit again.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

The nurse and front desk lady were nice but when the doctor came in to tell me my results the door was open for everyone to hear and when I asked if I would be getting a paper copy for work I was told and I quote “honey it’s 2024 we don’t do paper, you’re gonna get everything sent to the pharmacy” then he proceeded to just leave the room like it wasn’t serious.

I pulled a muscle in my lower back and was in severe pain and went to your center without an appointment. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly explained the paperwork to be filled out and within minutes of completing the paperwork I was escorted to a room and a nurse took my vitals. The PA was in quickly in to see me and examined my back and explained the meds he was going to prescribe for me and what I should do as far as rest and stretching. It was a very pleasant experience as much as it could be with the pain I was in. I would definitely recommend your clinic and if need be I will use you again. Thanks

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
