It was fast and easy. I was overall pleased with the whole experience from scheduling to my office visit

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Dr Gibson and staff were wonderful and took care of my Son!  Highly recommend this urgent care!

On a trip and am from out of state. Driving by and it ended up to be an awesome choice . From the minute I stepped in, Betty got my check in started and I was quickly back for preliminary care with Kaurina. Then Jaime assessed me, got me a prescription and had me on my way! Each of these ladies were very professional and personable! I would definitely return !!!

Been having a terrible cough and mucus for a few weeks walked in today relatively no wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes after paperwork and got right to business. The staff was very caring and helpful. They listened to my issue made there educated assessment and had me on my way!

Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.
