Always the most attentive staff and physician.  Always so patient and informative with all my health concerns.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was very thorough and went through every option I had for testing and ways to improve my health and did it in a very measured way that I never felt pressured to do any of them that I didn’t want to but explained well why it would benefit me get them done

Was treated for Lyme disease now I’m more well very thorough explanation of whatever test for run and a great concern for my well-being

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
