Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

The waiting was extremely long, almost 3 hours. The medication was called in a couple of hours after leaving clinic . There should be more staff to assist with busy time of year.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

We arrived just before closing and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the closing time.
