          Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

          I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there.           I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

          I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed ..
