Everytime I go here the front desk workers are pleasant and kind. Every nurse and doctor I’ve experienced has been helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. This urgent care is a little out of my way but I continue to come because of the good experiences I’ve had

Check in was fast & the office was clean the staff worked as quickly as possible

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I was able to make an appointment almost within the half hour. I arrived and it was clean, had a quiet waiting room, and good sized visit rooms. The staff was friendly and the provider was great. Overall what a great experience - definitely will be my preferred local urgent care.

This staff is ultimately responsible for terrific service and it shows. Scheduling was a breeze through, staff is super friendly and the quality of care makes you feel warm, welcoming and comfortable. What a wonderful atmosphere and experience. I appreciate and thank them for all they do.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.
