I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I promise I will do everything in me like I have been so you guys don’t ever have to deal with me again. I know this has been a long journey but i believe today will clear up my 6 long year issue with my tongue. I’ve been to every specialist you could think of and you guys are the only ones who listen to my concerns! Thank you all and wish you all the best! I got this!
